No, BC Hydro does not make any money promoting products on the Power Smart Shop or via products purchased by customers at retailers. BC Hydro is partnering with select retailers to show products on the Power Smart Shop to increase customer accessibility to information on energy saving products and to help customers make more informed purchase decisions.  The third-party software provider who manages the Power Smart Shop site on behalf of BC Hydro (Enervee) may receive a small commission if a customer links directly from the Power Smart Shop site to a retailer online store and makes a purchase.
